Netcare - simply the WORST

My son was admitted to hospital at the beginning of March. He was in the hospital ward for less than 14 hours (3am - 17:00), however, we were charged for 2 days (R4400 per day). I emailed Desiree Naran (3 times on different dates), I have STILL not received any feedback! I am now in arrears, but I do not see why I should pay so much if it was not even a full day that I was there with my son.
