Netcare *******

I called ER24 and netcare sent an ambulance and now they are saying they used inappropriate vehicle and I must pay, so I don't understand y should I, they decided to send their Netcare911 now I have to pay them for their mistakes. Apparently my emergency wasn't serious so I must pay because I wasn't admitted at the hospital
