Netcare refunds

Worst experience ever to get my hard earned money back. I went through so many channels, even spoke to ralph gordon about it but i had no joy. I've been promised to receive my funds on multiple occasions but i still haven't received it. The service from netcare refunds is damn pathetic. This all started by an individual who gave the wrong banking details for payment. It was their mess up now they lie to me and don't want to fix it. I am disgusted by this service. My personal experience to get my funds back has been an absolute nightmare. Right up until now they said that they paid the money into the right account but when i asked for POP to be sent to me, nothing has been sent and they keep on ignoring that request. The service is damn horrible and unprofessional
