Netcare Refund!!!!
We have been waiting 4 months for a large refund from Netcare. Our son was in Netcare Unitas where we had to pay a huge deposit amount for a operation, as we do not use medical aid. We have been waiting for a refund of more than twenty thousand rand. I have sent countless emails, called at various times and just have no response. I am now at a point where I will hand it over to lawyers as this is just impossible to sort out. I am past frustrated and now just angry.
