Netcare PTA East shocking nursing staff

My mom had a shoulder replacement at Netcare Pretoria East Hopital over the weekend. She is a 72 year old tiny lady. Can i just say i was FURIOUS after she told me how she was treated by the nursing staff. Not to mention, they also gave her another patient's medication !!! She was also IGNORED when she called a nurse twice during the early morning hours to assist her to go to the bathroom, she saw how they were sleeping on duty, they gossiped in groups about other patiens in front of her, they didn't clean/bath her for 3 days, they left her with a leaking drip for 2 days and they forced her to eat food items she does not eat (livers). And this is from an expensive private hospital. Nothing better than a gov hospital. Shame on you for treating people like this and employing such people in nursing professions.
