Netcare Pretoria East - Total lack of interest/compassion/ - Bad bad service

I sent two emails regarding a bad incident that happened to a patient, and they didn’t even bother to follow up. This same patient is still there and after an operation that he had on Tuesday, he is suffering from his stomach. His stomach is running like water but still they do not give him strong enough medication to stop it, he could be dehydrating. This is Pretoria East.
