Netcare Pretoria East Hospital's Accontants ***********

Netcare Pretoria East Hospital acc. no. *** have failed to sortout our account since payment made by Discovery in January 2020? The operation took place on 31st December 2019 at Netcare Pretoria East Hospital. The initial quote was for R 111 743.28 and we had to pay a co-payment of R 16 350.00 which left an outstanding amount owing to Nectcare of R 95 393 .28. Discovery paid R 88 493.28 and the amount not paid by Discovery of the total invoice of R 111 743.28 was R 23 250.42. The settle amount to settle the account was R 6 900.4(R 23 250.42 - a copayment of R 16 350.00 which equals an outstanding balance of R 6 900.42) , which we paid??? Since January 2020 Netcare claims that Discovery did reverse the copayment of R 16 350.00, which we did pay, which means that Discovery did reverse a negative payment, and that we are now owing Netcare and additional R 16 350.00 that brought the total bill to R 138 09.28???? The claim was re-done by Discovery and the non-payment of R 23 250.42 was confirmed both times by Discovery. And there's no proof that Discovery did reverse any money??
