Collections Agencies Poor customer service and unhelpful staff Netcare umhlanga hospital / Poor customer service and unhelpful staff 1 Umhlanga, ZA Add a Comment I'm being ignored regarding a dispute on an admission charge and the two people who are sending messages on an amount owed after forwarding information from medical aid to netcare Amanda kunene and hlengiwe phakathi are giving me the run around and are not taking ownership of my query.

This is now taking over 6 months to resolve and I have sent direct correspondance from discovery to confirm there is no amount I'm liable for but now being threatened with being blacklisted. I have the emails from discovery who confirmed the admission charged was waivered however these two debt collectors have no people s****s ignore my emails and calls when trying to call to resolve the issue they take no accountability to resolve my complaint. Terrible service
