Netcare Plus are *******

on Saturday I bought a Netcare plus voucher. Order number 12280. Today I tried to claim it but was not happy to where I was sent for assistance. This voucher was for my Dad who is unable to see. I got the voucher as he does not have medical aid. The place they sent me too was unsafe, especially for a woman and her Dad that cannot see. I called immediately. I have now paid for a Drs consultation. I want a refund, I have not used the voucher!!
