Netcare - Please answer your e-mails
I attended a medical procedure at Netcare Blaauberg Hospital on 15 November 2024.
Firstly the online admission is flawed. I filled in all the details (there is only one option for day procedures and normal submission), submitted my documents. So the consultant that helped me said she had to redo the admission.
My medical aid has a co-payment of R 1840. At the time the consultant that helped me with the admission, required a payment of only R 920. I paid that.
On 30 December 2024 I received a first notice from Netcare that I need to pay the outstanding balance of R 920.
On 2 Jan 2025 I asked for a statement (***) since I have gap cover and you need to submit the statement with your claim.
Since I had no response from the recipient, I sent another e-mail to *** on 9 January.
NO RESPONSE
