Netcare Pinehaven pharmacy
I phoned last week Pinehaven pharmacy to ensure that they have the medication I need in stock. They said that I don't have to worry as they have enough and it is not something that is bought every day, so it will be fine to collect this week.
This afternoon (Monday) my husband went there to collect it. The pharmasist Dimitri said that they did not have stock. I phoned then at about 15:30 and told him that it's impossible as I made sure that there is stock. He then claimed that the just received stock. That is utterly nonsens, because no one receives stock this time of day and I made sure that there was stock. Mr Dimitri just did not feel like looking fof the stock. I need this medication urgently tomorrow. Now I have to drive specially 15km to there tomorrow to get it, anc thrn go sll the way back there for the treatment again. I will recommend that patients rather use another facility where it is not too much trouble giving a service.
