Netcare Pinehaven – Gross Administrative Negligence and ******** Judgment

I am extremely disappointed with Netcare Pinehaven Hospital, which caused me immense financial, reputational, and emotional harm due to their administrative negligence.

The hospital failed to submit a medical claim to my medical aid, which led to attorneys being involved and a judgment being recorded against my name — despite the debt being caused entirely by their error.

I personally escalated the matter, ensured payment, and submitted proof of settlement, yet the judgment remained on my credit record for over three years. Despite admitting fault during a telephone discussion, the hospital refuses to offer any compensation or acknowledgement of the trauma caused.

This is a continuation of Netcare’s persistent lack of accountability and disregard for the people they serve. I am now pursuing this through the Credit Ombud, and I expect Netcare to take responsibility and resolve this matter fairly.
