I went in on a Saturday, they made me pay R1250 before the inexperienced person could see me i had a cricket in my ear After 10min of this oke digging in my ear, hurting me and making things worse he wrote a prescription for infection in the ear and told me to come back on Tuesday. That same day I went to wilgeheuwel and they flushed the cricket out, Tuesday I went to the ENT there seeing as I already paid the hospital for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, this ENT made me pay an additional R1500 for LOOKING at my ears and nose. NO INFECTION was found, luckily I didn't even go collect that prescription. Upon requesting a refund from dr ***** i was told many reasons why i CAN'T get a refund. This netcare is pathetic. I am not a charity. No wonder your hospital is so quiet. People, rather drive a little further to wilgeheuwel, service and pricing is much better</div>
