NETCARE PHOLOSO, THE WORST!

FROM BAD SERVICE, TO BAD HEALTH PRACTICES ALL THE WAY TO SUCKING YOU DRY!!!! TRY NETCARE PHOLOSO.

so my premature son was admitted@ netcare Pholoso, he was around 2 months old at that time, very fragile and his immune system not so strong as you can imagine , Well the Hospital decided it was a good idea to put them in a ward with all other sick kids who potentially could pass any viruses or infections to him...they treated this very casually when my partner complained about it... luckily he didn't get anything from that environment...A month later , which is last month they went in for a check up and at to 6 in the evening they were told by one Doctor that they will be admitted, two hours later one Doctor came in and said there's no need to admit...now firstly just how competent are this doctors working there that they have contrasting views in that short period of time, never mind that the hospital went on to charge that they were indeed admitted and discharged? For two hours? The medical aid did however pay for all the charges incurred except of course the admission which did not happen...they see a medical aid they just want to claim , now they won't stop sending me messages that I owe them.
