As per telephone conversation this morning, see attached mail below.This email is in reference to the co-payment fee . The dated of the admission and the email sent to Discovery. Thus, I request that you kindly waive the co- payment fee , for it was impossible for me to make the payment in installment as it was suggested by receptionist. The reason i was admitted was that Mr Molefe approved and confirmed that the co-payment will be waived. I look forward to receiving an email confirming you have waived the charges. Their response Good day, Please note that if there is no proof in writing that the co-payment has been waived from hospital management or exco management at Netcare, we will take it that there was no agreement hereof.
