Netcare Pholoso Hospital : No Response = No Confidence

I am in Gqerbega (PE) and received message that my daughter is in ICU Netcare Pholoso Hospital. I have been trying to phone the hospital several times between 21h00 and 22h00 to find out the cause of her admission and her condition. There is no answer at this hospital! Are they closing after normal business hours? Were their phonelines suspended? Was their electricity cut? I have no confidence in this hospital - as I have to travel 1400 km to verify what a simple phonecall could have managed.
