Netcare Pholoso Hospital

I called to get an update about my mom who is very sick and is admitted there, they tranferred me to the person that has to update me and the person picked the phone and hanged it up without even answering, i was on hold until the call cut. So i called again to complain and the person in their complains department was not available. This is an insult to me and poor customer service to those who has loved ones in that hospital.
