Netcare Parklane (Storksnet)

I would like to put an official compaint in writing of the Negligence by Netcare Stork's Nest at Park Lane hospital. My daughter was born 14 days early, at Park Lane on 21 March 2019. Everything was fantastic with the birth and and the ICU care etc, up until about 2 weeks later. This is when I started calling Stork's Nest to enquire about her vaccination card. I was told by Stork's Nest that there was no stock of the cards in the country, but they have put my name on the list and promised to get back to me. Whenever I call, the number either rings and never gets anwered or it goes to a voice mail, and it does not help leaving a message because NO ONE CALLS ME BACK!! When someone actually does answer…. I have to tell my story over and over again, only to be told that someone will call me back as soon as possible. Well, needless to say, I am still waiting for ANY call backs from ANYONE as to what is going on. I have even physically been to the hospital to try and sort this out, but once again I was promised that mine is on the waiting list and that I will receive it shortly. I have even called the Park Lane hospital to complain, but so far I have been pushed from pillar to post with nobody taking me Seriously!!! My mom has also been calling and getting the same treatment. My childs health is at RISK!! I have tried other options to see if I can get her vaccinations done anywhere else, but nobody can do the Vaccinations WITHOUT the Vaccination Card!! Unfortunately I have been told that I cannot get a vaccination card anywhere else, except from the hospital she was born in, so this puts my child's health AT HUGE RISK, because she HAS NO CARD, HAS NOT HAD HER 6 WEEK OR 10 WEEK VACCINATION AND IS NOW DUE FOR HER 14 WEEKS AS WELL!!! Due to this total inconvenience and Negligence I would now expect her vaccinations to be done free of charge as a Good Will Gesture. I am travelling to Abu Dhabi on the 28th of June 2019 and I am unable to enter the country if my Daughter's Vaccinations are not up to date. She needs her vaccinations done as matter or urgency as we cannot leave it too close to our departure date. If I do not receive her Vaccination Card by Tomorrow, being Wednesday 19 June 2019, I will have no option but to seek Legal Council to get this matter resolved as a matter or urgency. I trust you will take my complaint seriously and resolve my problem. Thanking you in anticipation, KIRSTEN BERRY
