Netcare Parklands Hospital

I am truly disappointed in Netcare Parklands Hospital. My mother is 77 years old & very diabetic. We waited over 3 hours to get medical attention yet our GP had told the hospital she needed immediate attention. Her condition got worse only then we could be helped. They could see the old weak BLACK lady sitting on wheelchair but didn't do NOTHING. Atleast assist her in the casualty department while awaiting that freakn bed. I hate this hospital for putting her through that heartache within her illness.
