Netcare or should I say NOTCARE!

Netcare is so quick to jump on you if you owe them a cent but when they owe you money they don't even let you know (probably earning interest off that) and don't care about refunding me. The lack of communication is despicable. I have emailed as many accounts people I could at Olivedale and I am just getting a run around.Is this really a private hospital? Do I actually need to get into my car & drive back to Olivedale to get my refund?
