NETCARE OLIVEDALE SHRUGS OFF *****ING FROM OUR DYING BROTHER;

My brother passed on at Olivedale Clinic on May 26 (after beingadmitted there on May 21) this year and when we collected his belongings 1 of his mobile phones, a SamsungS9 (which he had actively been using along with another phone, a samsung A6 during and up to the day at the before his passing -WE HAVE DOCUMENTED PROOF OF THIS VIA WHATSAPPS and verifiable via service provider) was missing,the nurses on duty apparently knew nothing of it but would check and come back to us...which they never did...the week prior to the funeral,needing information,I called to enquire and was put through to Natasha who said she would enquire and get someone to come back to me...which no one ever did

A few weeks later ,having just gotten my bearings after the loss of of our brother,I tried Natasha again,to no avail and then again and again until 4 Whole months later,in September I called again was referred to "Gabi, the PA of section3 "where my brother was who did not pick up the phone nor return my messages until I searched online and e-mailed a general email address.. Few days later ,DEBORAH SIEFF responded that she would look into it AND then emailed that there was only 1 phone ANDthen when I confronted her with the fact that we had proof that he was using 2 phonesm she ultimately on October 5 e-mailed attaching terms and conditions and stated that it was my brother's responsibility to look after his belongings...REALLY!?! A dying man!? at what point could even if they had been presented to him, was he expected to read/consent to T&C'S!?! WHAT OF DUTY OF CARE!?! How CALLOUS to dismiss the theft from vulnerablepatient in this way!Especially AFTER MONTHS OF GIVING US THE RUN AROUnd over it... ULTIMATELY the responsibility for the theft is with NETCARE OLIVEDALE because THIS is simply what happened: WHEN our brother deteriorated and lost lucidity,someone in Olivedale's employ and with access to his room at that time-there were no visitors(and according to patient liaison DEBORAH SIEFF this included medical staff and service providers) made off with his S9 *relying on their t&c's to help him get away WITH it... THANK YOU OLIVEDALECLINIC FOR COMPOUNDINGOUR LOSS???
