Netcare Olivedale is the worst hospital that overcharges patients
After having the worst experience at a private hospital Olivedale on Saturday the 20th of September. I was billed twice once by Holt and Partners who runs the emergency room and then by Olivedale hospital.
How on God's green earth can you bill me twice!!!! I was not admitted to the hospital and I am only liable for the Dr's bill not any hospital bill.
Your fascility is ********** it looks worse than a government hospital. Your nursing staff can't even do their jobs properly and then you have the audacity to bill me twice.
If this is not resolved I will be going to the medical ombudsman as well as the medical council.
