I received a statement for consultation that is said to be for October 2018. Its saying it's in current R972. I have a medical aid and to think of a big company like Netcare Olivedale not to issue a statement from October 2018 and expect someone to pay in March 2020 is abject ***** and incompetence. Please cancel that statement. Why was is not issued in 2018? 2019? To wait for March 2020???
