Netcare Olivedale

My wife is due to give birth and we have already booked the bed at Netcare Olivedale, we are then required to make contact with a lady named Lorraine to book the 4D scan. we have not been getting hold of Lorraine as her phone is either off or just rings, we send her messages and she would read them and not reply. Is she the only person that does 4D scans there? What do we do now that we cannot get hold of her? This is not first time i see someone has complained about her.
