Netcare Olivedale
Pathetic service received at Olivedale Clinic. There are 11 patients in Section 6 with 2 nurses. I've been waiting for a drip and pain meds since 10am - 1 Jan 2025. It is now 1h30 and still no new drip has been put up and meds administered. I can take better care of myself at home. The staff today are rude and commenting in their language about me ringing the bell twice today. They are short staffed and can't walk in the corridor cause the floor is wet so I.must just be patient... they will get to me when they can.
Will Netcare feel.the same way when it comes to me paying the hospital bills when I get to it.
Netcare Olivedale can learn from Life Hospitals.
