My wife was treated in the Casualty facilty in November 2015. I completed and signed the relevant forms as the main member of the medical aid. My contact details were provided to the hospital. Never heard from them until two weeks ago when I found out that they have listed me with the credit bureaus for the outstanding bill. Contacted the hospital and was told they attempted to contact my wife via SMS but never contacted me. Long story short - I immediately paid the bill and got a no prejudice letter from them! I demanded an explanation. Inadequate responses and no proof they have removed the adverse listing.

Then two weeks later (08/10) my wife gets a call from attorneys demanding payment for the bill. Audacity of this company - no attempt made to contact me again despite me signing as the guarantor. NO EFFORT has been made to contact me yet they list me.
I have all the correspondence regarding this matter. It costs me time and calls as I have to continuously chase after their pathetic departments trying to get an answer.

This time a "sorry" is not good enough. Someone needs to explain - how many other customers are treated so unfairly?
