Netcare Olivadale Hospital

On the 24th of Sept my wife & I went to Netcare Olivedale maternity ward for bed booking and upon arrival we were assisted by Sr Nthabiseng, the first thing we sensed from her was a nasty attitude and as soon as she spoke we then felt attacked.

My wife & I did not know what the correct procedure was for the booking, instead of trying to learn what exactly we were there for Nthabiseng made us feel stupid by the way she spoke to us. She was utterly rude and condescending. We had never felt so belittled and uncared for.

How do I now trust that nurses like Nthabiseng will care for my new born baby well in my absence if she can be this rude to us in person.

After leaving the hospital I was not sure if I ever wanted to set foot there ever again.
