Took my daughter to ER on Saturday night, she was admitted, we didn't have a doctor so the pediatric ward gave us one, we had a good experience she was treated well but the doctor on day 3 was unavailable , asked the nurses two of them they didn't know what time she was coming, my husband phoned management to find out what was going on ,we were told management will come to me but they didn't and when we call the practice for the doctor she told my sister that she had emergency and the hospital should have told us how she works, we stay at the hospital until 4pm thats when the stand in doctor came nd discharged us. But all in all my daughter was treated and she is well but the communication between patients, doctor and nurses lack
