Netcare N1 Hospital
VERY POOR service & if you contact the hospital manager & customer service manager to complain they don't even bother to reply or respond!! They don't bother coming to the table and play for time. Please keep as far away from this hospital as possible - rather pay a couple of bucks more and seek out a better option.

28 Sept 2023, 21:28We once more tried contacting this hospital, but the Hospital Manager just wipes her ass with our emails requesting a meeting to resolve this matter. The patient was so traumatized that we now sit with someone who gets severe anxiety attacks - directly as a response to horrible treatment while hospitalized at Netcare N1 City Hospital.
