Netcare N1 City useless service and rude staff

What a Pathetic way of receiving someone at the Hospital!! First I get stopped and Very unpolitely asked why I want to enter the hospital by the Security lady hanging against the desk at the door.

Then at reception, The lady was vwry unprofesional and rude, not even trying to assist, answering the phone while I speak to her and hold her hand up in a way to show me I must stay quiet.

I have dealt with many hospitals before, and You guys are worst than some Goverment hospitals.

Learn ayour staff about Customer care and get them on courses how to deal with public.

You don't know what the person have been through walking through your doors from the outside.

Basic empathy would make a huge diffrence
