Netcare N1 City , not happy with your service

15/10/2023 Went to this hospital Netcare N1 City after a fall , after dealing with the very slow receptionist who called my medical insurance or claimed to call the insurance to obtain Authorization before I can be seen . She then advised all is in order , and was seen at the trauma unit , xrays was done and the doctor picked up a problem instead of discussing this with a specialist she discharged me and said I have to go for scans later the week , this should have been done on the day of the hospital EC visit not after as soon as you are discharged that's where the medical insurance stops paying. Now I received an account from the hospital which stated the medical insurance rejected the account , there is no Authorization number on the account or can the Authorization form be found makes one think did the reception person really call the medical insurance to obtain Authorization or did she not do that I need this to be answered , please email me the Authorization letter from dischem health with the Authorization number so that I can follow up with them
