NetCare N1 City is very unprofessional and makes expensive silly mistakes for clients/patients

My daughter was admitted to N1 City Netcare in May 2021. My medical aid paid part of the bill and N1 City Netcare never bothered to advise me of the shortfall. Instead, they gave my details to Lexmed of which the hospital misspelled my email address. Lexmed had been sending the invoice to the wrong email address and they never bothered to confirm whether or not I received the invoice. Meanwhile, the account was accumulating interest which they are now harassing me to pay for, and yet I was not getting the invoice up until I gave them the correct email address in March. I have tried telling Lexmed to sort the interest issue out with N1 City NetCare but alas, it falls on deaf ears. Lufuno from Lexmed is very unprofessional and very rude in communicating with clients and i do not appreciate that.
