Netcare N1 City Hospital Pharmacy is shocking!!!

Hi all Please take note NEVER to make use of Netcare N1 City Hospital Pharmacy. The service is pathetically slow and they never seem to have ANY medications in stock. I recently wanted to get my anti-depressants and was told they do not have it - and this is a common brand. They simply said they could order more but couldn’t clarify as to when it would arrive. When I told the pharmacist I couldn’t wait indefinitely I was told to go to another pharmacy. In no way did they intend to go the extra mile. It was simply they can’t help me, and if I wasn’t happy with it I should go elsewhere.

I wonder how the various departments in the hospital and patients make it through, not to mention the clinic for mental health and rehab.

In no way again will I spend hours in line only to find out they can’t assist me.

Please STAY AWAY from this institution!!!
