Left this hospital this evening after waiting for 4 hours with my husband who had a swollen sprained ankle. Terrible poor service. Will never go back to that trauma again. When I enquired re: an estimated time to be assisted I was told by a sister that it's trauma and they don't know. Everyone there was waiting 4 hrs to be seen. Actually worse than a public hospital. No apology at all to anyone.

I can only imagine that the doctors and nurses were treating some critically ill or injured patients at the time. I will pass your message on to the team for follow up.
