Netcare Mulbetorn service very poor and inconveniencing patients due to new system

New system implemented at Mulbetorn Hospital inconveniencing patients. It took me 4 hours to see a Dr when I brought my from school to Casualty. 5 hrs to take an xray. It's like Baragwanath. Should a system b at the expense f patients?
