NETCARE MULBERTON & CLINTON HOSPITAL

I am shocked by the service received from Netcare, I am in my early days of pregnancy and I was experiencing pains, my husband took me to Netcare Mulberton, OMG I was surprised to see their casualty full like a public hospital and we were not given attention there only to find staff members were dragging their feet until I left. I then went to Netcare Clinton Hospital, to find that the same thing is happening and I was told that I am not very sick, there are other sick patients there and they need to attend to them first before me, I was told when I come to hospital I need to be patient and I must stop behaving like I am not patient. Because of the pain I was in, I even had to not consent to them taking blood tests because of time constraints, I was there from 20:30 am till I left at 00:45. I would have expected this kind of treatment from a public hospital, I really felt like I was treated like I will not be using my medical aid to pay my bills. I could have just went to BARAGWANATH PUBLIC HOSPITAL because I ended up not getting the treatment and even worse my assigned doctor I could not hear what she was saying.
