Netcare Mulbartin Refunds department is *********** and its a ****.

Mulbarton Hospital Refunds department is *********** , *****ster and not reliable. I received an email in June stating that I have a refund due to me, and I sent all documents needed. Up on receiving the documents I was then told that they need proof of payment and I explained that i only get proof of payment from the bank notification not the actual statement because i had asked my company to pay on my behalf. I sent that and i was now asked for my bosses passports and banking details after i have explained that i cannot get such info this is an overseas company and no leadership will share such info for a refund and it is hamulating for me to ask for help in the first place now I should go back and ask for their banking details and passports. Discovery has also sent a letter of demand that owe them - The refund that is due to me from Mulbarton hospital is the same amount that i should pay Discoivery. Mulbarton harassed me 2022 demanding that i pay the amount of 10K and I sent an email that i do not owe you because discovery has paid , they were so *********** and not checking their books correctly and demanded that I pay them. I was hospitalized and my company paid over 10K to Mulbarton and it took a year for them to notice that they were *********** and they need to pay me back the 10K , hence they reached out and i sent all the documents needed. I had asked to make things simple - either pay discovery directly the 10 K that it is demanding from me or send the money to my account and let me pay discovery - they are holding on to the funds like it belongs to them. It is not their money and not my money either but they are tarnishing my name because discovery will hand me over to the credit bureau because of Mulberton Refunds department. I have called a million times and every time you call you get a different person. and they not helpful at all. All that i am asking is that they pay my refund to my account so I can pay discovery or they pay discovery directly. I am hoping that they keeping that money in an investment account because they ********ly keeping funds that not due to them.
