Netcare Montana Hospital - Worse service and ************** towards old people!!!!

My mother, 87 years old and from German origin, with NO ability to speak or write English, was admitted to Montana Private Hospital. On her arrival, she was ordered to ONLY speak English in the hospital, since apparently that is the hospital policy!! When I explained that she cannot speak English I was ordered to contact the hospital Manager, Mr. Ben Rood, According to the staff sister in ward 1, "it would be a problem if mother did not speak English to them"!! When I phoned to speak to the Hospital Manager, I was blocked and kept from speaking to Mr. Rood. Instead, the Matron was send to the ward to resolve the problem. Another issue, was that my mother, who is not properly mobile anymore, was forced to do movements that she couldn't during her wash cycle in the mornings, with a nurse stating that her mother is 107 years old and is still able to do the things my mother cannot do! Then with toilet rounds, they refused to clean my mother, and helped her to stand upright, pushed the toilet paper in her hands and ordered her to clean herself! The experience in this hospital was so traumatic for my mother, that she refuses to ever go back there again.
