Horrible horrible service. People at front desk are so rude and the so called “admin manager” name Elize is so rude and must not deal with people at all! They can’t give you answers on how to obtain authorisation from the medical aid and don’t do anything to assist. Just useless! Please don’t go to this hospital. Medical aids are waisting their money and these people don’t care about people!
