Netcare Montana Emergency and accident unit extremely poor

What a pathetic ER Facility .Friday the 9July 2021 i had to rush to the ER Netcare Montana facility with my disabeld suster having epilepsy after been hold up at your entrance gate to obtain a access card we eventually stop at the Amulance delivery point for emergencies 16h15 for urgent assistance with a red city golf you can check your camera systems I've hooted several times for assistance due to covid access to your facility are extreme poor expecially with p1 patients.Your ER staff did not at 1 point even though of getting out and assist they were standing and looking at us if it is a complete joke.Needles to say with no help from your ER facility we had to rush to the reception to have the access card released before we can leave .Your security officer saw what we were dealing with and try to assist unfortunately as you now every second counts with epilepsy and i had to turn his good sense of help away because your ER facility are useless.My susters condition were very serious and we then rushed to a life healthcare ER facilty they immediatly assisted and she were rushed to the resus and later on admitted in to their hospital.
