Netcare Milpark withdrawing information from patients

It happened last week at 3 am in the morning at Necare Milpark: I stumble through the door at emergency, barely walking or able to speak or do anything. The security woman at the door demands that I fill in a security register. I tell her I'm dying of pain and can barely see or walk or do anything, let alone writed down date, time, name, registration car, phone and sign! After a short wait, I'm seen by a male nurse who straight away puts me on a drip. I ask gently what's in the drip - the nurse, visibly annoyed, does not want to tell me. He just tells me 'something to make you feel better'. Then a woman comes to take 6 samples of blood. I ask what are the tests for...she does not want to tell me. I ask you: do you think it's acceptable in 2019 to have to PAY (and pay dearly) to deal with staff who finds asking for what you are putting in my veins and body somewhat annoying and something you do not respond to? For the record: it is your DUTY and OBLIGATION to give information to the patient, rather than just do as many procedures as possible to maximise your earnings that night at emergency. I am shocked and disgusted. Truly.
