Netcare Milpark poor patient treatment

Been struggling to liase with Milpark’s patient relations manager. All emails just return stating that Maddy’s inbox is full??? Really!!! Anyhow I have been patient long enough and this department is not resolving any problems I am incurring and drs at this hospital don’t care about you as a patient’s needs and requirements, nether the less waiting still for surgical reports for procedures done in July. The hospital changes into a propper state owned institution. There is no other words to describe my experience.
