Netcare Milpark ICU shocking! Evening staff specifically a disgrace to the nursing profession. ******, unprofessional, confrontational, and lack any empathy. Staff discussing me in front of me like I didn’t exist, Staff flirting with each other (this is real life not Greys anatomy), staff walking around like they are on a vacation, treating families with contempt, no contact with Drs! My Mom has been in ICU for nearly 24 hours and not one ICU Dr has spoke to me about her illness and prognosis - not to much to ask!

My Mom deserves, like everyone does, to leave this world with love, grace, and dignity and I would expect the care givers have some respect and compassion for patients and their loved ones.

Avoid Milpark ICU at all costs.
