Netcare Milpark Hospital looses patients and no available beds.

Today 21/06/2019 my mother was supposed to be admitted for surgery. The hospital is apparently full. Is this a public hospital for you to tell me such nonsense. Why didn’t you tell me before booking my mother in? We pay you guys to give us quality. Really??????????? Whereas the week before we could find my mother after she went to theatre. We looked around for her for almost an hour and half. We were being sent from pillar to post with no one knowing her exact location. Today this? We’ve been sitting here for close to 3 hours and we needs to as for feedback? For such a big hospital your service is disgusting.
