Netcare Milpark accounts department

I have been trying for the accounts department of Milpark to resolve a query of mine that has been lingering since my operation in February. I have escalated this matter numerous times to no avail. I always get a friendly reminder that the response time is 48 hrs. Well now I have been handed over because they are not doing their part. I still have not got the amended account so that I can actually send the AMENDED account to my medical aid and they neglected to add the correct codes for medicines. This has to be the wors accounting department ever. Not only do they not get back to you and try and resolve the matter. They have a policy of "If I ignore it it will go away" I am shocked and appalled. This has been dragging for months!
