Netcare manager reaction to a complaint

I am currently admitted at netcare krugersdorp hospital, was admitted on Thursday the 18th July and was seen by 2 doctors in casualty whom referred me to a specialist, yesterday the 19th July spent all day in ward and was not attended by a single doctor, however the nursing staff here are compassionate and pleasant, today Saturday the 20th July the doctor came to see me and assisted me and apologised for the misunderstanding I told her I'm not accepting that I want a a proper explanation on what happened and politely apologised again and said will refer the mater to hospital management, indeed she did, then came Martie the unit manager who didn't seem concerned about my complaint, was rude disrespectful and arrogant, this just angered me so much that I just want to be transferred to another hospital she spoke to me in a dismissive manner n her apology was so cold that I didn't accept it. I'm livid with her manner of approach and unsensetive behaviour.
