Netcare Linmed is a death trap waiting to happen

Netcare Linmed Hospital is NOT geared with any proper COVID procedures when it comes to patient care that are admitted. Specifically around clear communication to the patient as to what exactly is going on. My mother was admitted last night with a severe broken leg. It's been almost 24 hours later and we STILL don't know what's going on. Worse is that she is apparently booked to go into theatre for a procedure BUT no one has spoken to her about her condition and what this procedure entails. And trying to get hold of anyone competent is impossible How the hell in this day and age can a Netcare branded hospital be so backward in its communications. It's like the back in the 70's
