I service a hospital plan and a very decent Gap cover every month for a good few years. 7months after discharge I receive a bill from Netcare Linmed to which I am told by my backup aids that the claim is stale and they will not cover it. The amount is small but so many smalls make a large sum. I feel ****** as I now have to pay for the incompetence of the administrative officers. Their lawyers were not able to assist me but we're more like debt collectors
