Netcare Linmed Acc department is unprofessional

Linmed in Benoni is known for their poor service and bad attitude of staff. Even their accounts department is a law unto themselves. They blacklist you for a small amount yet it cost 3 times more for them to list you. Even after payimg off the acc you were listed for they will not remove your name accordimg to Wisani Nkuna accounts clerk. Their accounts department is pathetic

In my case i was treated and the med aid didnt pay R353 so they black listed me.

My son was treated for a dog bite and med aid didnt cover R373 and this was 6 months later So now i have paid my amount but they wont clear my name until i pay my sons which i will do as we back to work after this pandemic. But dont do the wrong process and think its ok.

Imagine 2 different dependants treated 2 different times not in the same year but they see fit to do as they please.

Sadly nobody monitors this and they gettimg away with it. Linmed is aweful
