Netcare Lakeview worst treatment by nurses in the maternity ward !

I gave birth at Netcare Lakeview hospital, 2021 in February and I received very bad treatment from the nurses in maternity ward. I gavel birth naturally but had an episiotomy which is really painful and when I asked a bit of help with the baby the one nurse told me she won’t help me , there’s is nothing special about me because I gave birth naturally,They only assist c-section patients . The nurses Then went on and refused to help me with getting forms for birth certificate, my baby left the hospital without immunisation, they didn’t help get a paediatrician to check if my baby was ok my husband had to hustle and beg them to get us a paediatrician. The nurses were not even wearing name tags , so I don’t even know their names I guess that’s because they want to get away with their disgusting service! I requested to go home the same day after giving birth because I wasn’t about to spend another day in that horrible maternity ward. I came with my own private midwife for the birth , I guess that’s why they were angry or felt undermined but it was honestly not the case. My midwife wrote me a prescription before she left, I stayed hours after giving birth In pain , they wouldn’t give me any pain killers , to top it all when I got discharged they told me they will not sell me medication because the pharmacy is open for inpatients only . I left without medication and it was on a Sunday, pharmacies were closed so you can imagine the pain I went through. I didn’t even get a baby bag , don’t know why coz netcare claims to give baby bags when you give birth there ! And oh before I forget, my food is as served on those disposable doggy bags white containers. I mean I just when through the trauma of giving birth and that’s the service I got ! I’m so disappointed. What a waste of money . I do wish management could call me I so I can show them those rude nurses , I remember their faces very well!
